Build What Works. The Beginning.
I’ve made more mistakes than anyone I know.
Seriously. I started Intuji at 15, building $500 websites from my bedroom. Back then, I thought building "cool" things was the point. I was wrong.
It took losing clients, burning cash on projects that went nowhere, and some seriously tough lessons to understand the simple truth.
The tech is never the point. It's just the tool you use to get a result.
That's what this newsletter, "Build What Works," is all about. It’s a place for me to share the unfiltered reality of what it takes to build a business and deliver work that actually matters.
Here’s what you can expect from me each week -
- The mistakes I've made (so you don't have to). We’ll talk about the bad hires, the projects that went off the rails, and the tough calls.
- Contrarian takes. I have strong opinions on the B2B world, digital transformation, and why most "best practices" are a waste of time. I’m not afraid to call it out.
- The thinking behind our frameworks. I'll break down how we use concepts like PSV Thinking® and EdgeFactor® to drive real outcomes for us and our clients.
- The real journey. Building a business is a grind. It’s not always pretty. I’ll share the unfiltered truth about what it actually takes.
My goal is to share something valuable each week, something you can actually use. If I can help you avoid a mistake I made or see a problem in a new way, then it's a win.
